The dia range for Inner control cable wire is 0.30 mm to 0.50 mm and the dia range for outer control cable wire is 1.00 mm to 2.6 mm. The production capacity of these wire is 9600 MT per year.   • Torsion Numbers : The torsion number of Inner & Outer control cable wires are maintained as per customer’s specification.
  • Wrap Test : The wrap test for Inner & Outer control cable wire is done as per customer’s specification.
  • Zinc Coating Weight and Uniformity of zinc coating : The uniformity of zinc coating and zinc coating weight on wire surface of Inner & Outer control cable wire are maintained as per customer’s requirements.
  • Packing : The Inner & Outer control cable wires are manufactured in spool/coils as specified by customers and these wires are packed as per customer’s requirement.
